These make the perfect home decor piece or gift for any fan of the city. The model is about 7.5" square and 1" tall. The outer dimension of the frame is about 9". All components are 3D printed using sustainable materials!

The model comes in a frame with nail holes pre-set so that it can be hung on the wall, laid flat on a table, or propped up on a shelf. These look best when they are lit from the side. Display near a window, lamp or downlight to make the 3D features pop. Our models are made of a durable plant-based material derived from corn and sugarcane. The model material has a matte white finish that enhances highlights and shadows. We use sustainable, premium grade materials made in the USA with no additives, waxes, or fillers for the best finish and durability.

This model was designed using 3D sculpting tools from the latest geospatial imaging data. The deign process for each piece is unique. We begin by harnessing available data from map archives, extracting detailed layouts of the streets, waterways, greenery, buildiD ng footprints, and topography. We then merge in 3D data and refine the architecture block by block, using digital sculpting tools and satellite imagery. Finally, we process the model into instructions for our 3D printers to replicate. Each digital model takes several days to develop.

With any 3D printing process, a small degree of variation and minor imperfections can be expected. The model may contain fragile building features. Please use care when unpacking and handling. To ensure the longevity of your model, please keep it away from extreme sources of heat in excess of 100°F to avoid warping of the 3D printed sections.
